Retreat and Event Registration Policy
We understand that plans can change. The following policy helps us plan responsibly while honoring the commitments involved in hosting events and retreats.
Workshops and Local Events
Unless otherwise stated on the registration page:
Participant Cancellation
- More than 14 days before the event:
- Full refund minus processing fees or transfer to a future event.
- 7–13 days before the event:
- 50% refund or transfer to a future event.
- Less than 7 days before the event:
- No refunds.
Transfer of Registration
Registration may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval.
Retreat Deposits
Retreat deposits reserve your space and are non-refundable.
Because retreat planning involves lodging, meals, staffing, and venue commitments, deposits cannot be returned once paid.
Retreat Cancellations
More than 60 Days Before Retreat
- Refund of monies paid, excluding deposit.
31–59 Days Before Retreat
- 50% refund of monies paid, excluding deposit.
30 Days or Less Before Retreat
- No refunds.
Emergency Circumstances
Requests related to documented emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.
Transfer to Another Retreat
If space is available, a participant may request to transfer funds to a future retreat.
Transfer requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
Cancellation by the Company
If the Company cancels an event or retreat:
Participants will receive either:
- A full refund of payments made to the Company, or
- The option to transfer registration to a future offering.
The Company is not responsible for:
- Airline tickets
- Hotel expenses outside retreat accommodations
- Transportation costs
- Lost wages
- Other personal expenses
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Venue closures
- Acts of God
- Travel disruptions
In such situations, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements, credits, or rescheduling opportunities.
