Welcome to the H.A.P.I. Community (Healing Arts Professionals International).
Our intention is to create a space rooted in community, connection, compassion, professional growth, and mutual support.
By joining the H.A.P.I. Community, you agree to the following guidelines.
Community Values
We encourage members to:
- Show up with respect and curiosity
- Honor differing perspectives
- Support one another’s growth
- Contribute in ways that strengthen the community
- Engage with integrity and professionalism
Confidentiality
Many members may share personal or professional experiences.
By participating, you agree to:
- Respect the privacy of fellow members
- Refrain from sharing another member’s story without permission
- Maintain confidentiality regarding private discussions
While we encourage confidentiality, it cannot be guaranteed in any group setting.
Professional Responsibility
Members remain solely responsible for:
- Their business decisions
- Their client relationships
- Their professional conduct
- Compliance with licensing, certification, insurance, and legal requirements applicable to their profession
Participation in the H.A.P.I. Community does not create supervision, licensure, certification, or legal oversight.
Collaboration and Referrals
Members may choose to collaborate, network, or exchange referrals.
The Company is not responsible for:
- Business agreements between members
- Client outcomes
- Financial arrangements
- Professional disputes
Members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
Respectful Conduct
The following behaviors may result in removal from the community:
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Personal attacks
- Threatening behavior
- Repeated disruption of community activities
- Unethical or fraudulent conduct
Promotional Activity
Members are welcome to share their work within designated community spaces and guidelines.
Excessive solicitation, spam, or aggressive sales tactics are not permitted.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel future renewals at any time.
Changes to Membership Benefits
As the community grows, offerings may evolve.
The Company reserves the right to modify membership benefits, events, and resources while maintaining the overall purpose of the community.
Membership Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these guidelines.
