A Somatic & Systemic Healing Experience

This circle begins with a gentle grounding meditation to connect inward and set the energetic field. Participants then move into small breakout groups (pairs or triads) for a constellation exercise to deepen presence and relational awareness.

From there, each attendee has an equal opportunity to be the client and receive a personal constellation—an embodied, intuitive process to explore and shift the underlying dynamics of a specific issue.
